At a glance

Utility Meter Log records what your electricity, gas or water meter actually says. It is an offline log app: you fill in a short form and the entries stay in the app's own private storage on your device. There is no account, no login and no developer-operated server, and nothing you type ever leaves the device. The app shows no advertising, and it contains no advertising SDK and no crash-reporting SDK.

1. What the app stores on your device

The app uses shared_preferences in its private storage. The entries you save are kept under the key history_meter_read_log, and an entry can contain:

  • meter type
  • the reading date
  • this reading
  • the previous reading
  • the unit

Alongside them the app keeps your own settings: the app language, the appearance and theme choice, whether the daily reminder is on and at what time, the reminder and streak options, whether the introduction was completed, and the counters behind the streak display. All of it stays on the device and none of it is transmitted to the developer.

2. What the app does not collect

The app does not request or read your name, email address, phone number, contacts, messages, calendar, or any file outside the places described here — except the single image you choose to scan. It has no account system, no sign-in and no cloud sync.

There is no advertising SDK in the app and no crash-reporting SDK. The Firebase Analytics library is bundled by the shared app engine, but this app ships without a google-services.json configuration and never initialises it: no Firebase project is connected and no analytics event is ever sent.

3. The only network request the app makes

The app makes exactly one network request of its own. It fetches https://nexperlabmedia.com/config/feedback.json, a small static file that says whether the “send feedback” link should be shown and where it points. It is a plain GET: no entry, no identifier and no device data is sent with it, and the answer is cached for six hours. As with any web request, the hosting provider's ordinary server log may record the requesting IP address and the time; that log is not linked to anything inside the app. If the request fails, the app simply continues offline.

4. Reminders and notifications

If you switch the daily reminder on, the app schedules a local notification with flutter_local_notifications at the hour you chose. The notification is created by your own device; no push service is involved, no token is created and nothing is sent to the developer. Android may ask for the notification permission the first time. Switching the reminder off cancels the schedule.

5. Camera and on-device text recognition

The scan action opens your camera, or the Android system image picker, so that printed text can be turned into form values for you. A camera photo is written to a temporary file in the app's own cache directory, handed to Google's ML Kit text recognition, and deleted as soon as the scan finishes; the app keeps no copy and nothing is added to your gallery. Recognition runs on the device through the Play services ML Kit model — the image is not uploaded to be read. Only the resulting text, and only where you accept it, goes into the form. Picking an existing image uses the system picker, so the app needs no photo-library permission and sees only the one image you pick.

6. Sharing and export

Export writes your history as a CSV file into the app's cache directory and passes it to the Android share sheet, where you choose the destination. Because the file is written inside the app's own cache, no storage permission is needed. The app can also build a small share-card image the same way, and it may show Google Play's in-app review dialog. None of this uploads your entries: the developer has no server to receive them.

7. Permissions

The app declares these itself:

  • CAMERA, for the scan action
  • RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED, so a reminder you set survives a restart

The rest are merged into the installed package by the libraries the shared app engine bundles:

  • INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — the one configuration request described above, and the bundled libraries' own connectivity checks
  • POST_NOTIFICATIONS, WAKE_LOCK, VIBRATE, FOREGROUND_SERVICE — merged by the local notification library, for the daily reminder
  • com.android.vending.BILLING — merged by the in-app purchase library the shared engine bundles. This app sells nothing. The billing connection is opened only in apps that offer an ad-free upgrade, and this app has no ads to remove, so it is never opened here
  • com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION, BIND_GET_INSTALL_REFERRER_SERVICE — merged by the bundled Google Analytics and Play libraries. With no Firebase configuration in the app they are never used, and the advertising ID is not read

8. Automatic backup

The manifest does not disable Android backup. Under Android's default behavior, eligible local data may be copied into your own Google-account device backup. The developer cannot access or control that copy. What is actually backed up depends on your device, vendor and Android version.

9. How long data is kept, and how to delete it

Your entries and settings remain until you change or delete them in the app. Clearing the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstalling the app, removes all of the app's own data. A CSV or image you exported earlier is yours and is not touched by uninstalling; copies may also remain in your own Google-account backup.

10. Children

The app is not directed to children and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

1. 앱이 기기에 저장하는 것

앱은 shared_preferences를 사용해 앱 전용 저장소에 데이터를 보관한다. 저장한 기록은 history_meter_read_log 키에 들어가며, 한 건에는 다음이 담길 수 있다:

  • 계량기 종류
  • 검침일
  • 이번 지침
  • 지난 지침
  • 단위

여기에 더해 사용자 설정을 보관한다: 앱 언어, 외관·테마 선택, 매일 알림 사용 여부와 시각, 알림·연속 기록 옵션, 안내 완료 여부, 연속 기록 표시에 쓰는 카운터. 모두 기기 안에 머무르며 개발자에게 전송되지 않는다.

2. 앱이 수집하지 않는 것

앱은 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 연락처, 메시지, 캘린더, 그리고 여기서 설명한 곳 밖의 파일을 요구하거나 읽지 않는다(스캔하려고 직접 고른 이미지 한 장은 예외다). 계정 시스템도, 로그인도, 클라우드 동기화도 없다.

광고 SDK도, 크래시 리포팅 SDK도 들어 있지 않다. 공용 앱 엔진이 Firebase Analytics 라이브러리를 함께 넣지만, 이 앱에는 google-services.json 설정이 없고 초기화도 하지 않는다. 연결된 Firebase 프로젝트가 없으므로 분석 이벤트는 하나도 전송되지 않는다.

3. 앱이 하는 유일한 네트워크 요청

앱 자체가 하는 네트워크 요청은 하나뿐이다. https://nexperlabmedia.com/config/feedback.json이라는 작은 정적 파일을 받아 와서 ‘의견 보내기’ 항목을 보여줄지, 어디로 연결할지를 읽는다. 단순 GET 요청이며 기록·식별자·기기 정보를 함께 보내지 않고, 받은 값은 6시간 동안 캐시한다. 다른 웹 요청과 마찬가지로 호스팅 사업자의 일반 서버 로그에 요청 IP 주소와 시각이 남을 수 있으나, 그 로그는 앱 안의 어떤 데이터와도 연결되지 않는다. 요청이 실패해도 앱은 그대로 오프라인으로 동작한다.

4. 알림

매일 알림을 켜면 앱이 flutter_local_notifications로 지정한 시각에 로컬 알림을 예약한다. 알림은 기기가 직접 만들며 푸시 서비스를 쓰지 않는다. 토큰도 만들지 않고 개발자에게 전송되는 것도 없다. 처음 한 번 Android가 알림 권한을 물을 수 있다. 알림을 끄면 예약이 취소된다.

5. 카메라와 기기 내 문자 인식

스캔 기능은 카메라나 Android 시스템 이미지 선택기를 열어, 인쇄된 글자를 양식 값으로 바꿔 준다. 카메라로 찍은 사진은 앱 자체 캐시 폴더의 임시 파일로 저장되어 Google ML Kit 문자 인식에 넘겨지고, 인식이 끝나는 즉시 삭제된다. 앱은 사본을 남기지 않고 갤러리에도 아무것도 추가하지 않는다. 인식은 Play 서비스의 ML Kit 모델로 기기 안에서 이뤄지며 이미지를 업로드하지 않는다. 양식에 들어가는 것은 인식된 글자뿐이고, 그것도 사용자가 수락한 경우에만이다. 기존 이미지를 고를 때는 시스템 선택기를 쓰므로 사진 보관함 권한이 필요 없고 앱은 고른 한 장만 본다.

6. 공유와 내보내기

내보내기는 기록을 CSV 파일로 앱 캐시 폴더에 쓰고 Android 공유 시트에 넘긴다. 어디로 보낼지는 사용자가 고른다. 파일을 앱 자체 캐시에 쓰기 때문에 저장소 권한이 필요 없다. 같은 방식으로 작은 공유 카드 이미지를 만들 수 있고, Google Play의 인앱 리뷰 대화상자를 띄울 수도 있다. 어느 것도 기록을 업로드하지 않는다 — 받을 개발자 서버가 없다.

7. 권한

앱이 직접 선언하는 권한:

8. 자동 백업

매니페스트는 Android 백업을 비활성화하지 않는다. Android 기본 동작에 따라 일부 로컬 데이터가 사용자 본인의 Google 계정 기기 백업으로 복사될 수 있다. 개발자는 그 사본에 접근하거나 제어할 수 없다. 실제 백업 범위는 기기·제조사·Android 버전에 따라 다르다.

9. 보관 기간과 삭제 방법

기록과 설정은 앱에서 바꾸거나 지울 때까지 남는다. Android 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거하면 앱이 가진 데이터는 모두 사라진다. 앞서 내보낸 CSV나 이미지는 사용자의 것이므로 앱 제거로 지워지지 않으며, 사용자 본인의 Google 계정 백업에 사본이 남아 있을 수도 있다.

10. 아동

이 앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않는다.

1. アプリが端末に保存するもの

アプリは shared_preferences によりアプリ専用領域にデータを保存する。保存した記録は history_meter_read_log というキーに入り、1 件には次の内容が含まれうる:

2. アプリが収集しないもの

氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、連絡先、メッセージ、カレンダー、ここで説明した場所以外のファイルを要求・読み取りしない（スキャンのために自分で選んだ画像 1 枚は除く）。アカウント機能もログインもクラウド同期もない。

広告 SDK もクラッシュ報告 SDK も含まれない。共通のアプリエンジンが Firebase Analytics ライブラリを同梱しているが、本アプリには google-services.json の設定がなく初期化も行わない。接続される Firebase プロジェクトがないため、分析イベントは一切送信されない。

3. アプリが行う唯一のネットワーク通信

アプリ自身が行うネットワーク通信は 1 つだけである。https://nexperlabmedia.com/config/feedback.json という小さな静的ファイルを取得し、「フィードバックを送る」項目を表示するか、どこへ繋ぐかを読む。単純な GET であり、記録も識別子も端末情報も送らない。取得した値は 6 時間キャッシュする。他のウェブ通信と同じく、ホスティング事業者の通常のサーバーログに要求元の IP アドレスと時刻が残る可能性はあるが、そのログはアプリ内のいかなるデータとも結び付かない。通信が失敗しても、アプリはそのままオフラインで動作する。

4. リマインダーと通知

毎日のリマインダーを有効にすると、flutter_local_notifications により指定した時刻にローカル通知を予約する。通知は端末自身が生成し、プッシュサービスは使わない。トークンも作らず、開発者に送信されるものもない。初回に Android が通知の権限を尋ねる場合がある。リマインダーを切ると予約は取り消される。

5. カメラと端末内の文字認識

スキャン機能はカメラ、または Android のシステム画像選択画面を開き、印刷された文字を入力値に変換する。カメラで撮った写真はアプリ自身のキャッシュ領域に一時ファイルとして書き出され、Google の ML Kit 文字認識に渡され、認識が終わり次第削除される。アプリは控えを残さず、ギャラリーにも何も追加しない。認識は Play サービスの ML Kit モデルにより端末内で行われ、画像がアップロードされることはない。入力欄に入るのは認識された文字だけで、それも利用者が受け入れた場合に限る。既存の画像を選ぶ場合はシステムの選択画面を使うため、写真ライブラリの権限は不要で、アプリは選ばれた 1 枚しか見ない。

6. 共有とエクスポート

エクスポートは履歴を CSV ファイルとしてアプリのキャッシュ領域に書き出し、Android の共有シートへ渡す。送り先は利用者が選ぶ。ファイルはアプリ自身のキャッシュに書くため、ストレージの権限は不要である。同じ仕組みで小さな共有カード画像を作ることもでき、Google Play のアプリ内レビューのダイアログを表示する場合もある。いずれも記録をアップロードしない — 受け取る開発者のサーバーが存在しない。

7. 権限

アプリ自身が宣言するもの:

8. 自動バックアップ

マニフェストは Android バックアップを無効にしていない。既定の動作により、対象となるローカルデータが利用者自身の Google アカウント端末バックアップへコピーされる場合がある。開発者はそのコピーにアクセス・制御できない。実際の範囲は端末・メーカー・Android バージョンによる。

9. 保存期間と削除方法

記録と設定は、アプリ内で変更または削除するまで残る。Android の設定でアプリのデータを削除するか、アプリをアンインストールすると、アプリが持つデータはすべて消える。先に書き出した CSV や画像は利用者のものなのでアンインストールでは消えず、利用者自身の Google アカウントのバックアップに控えが残ることもある。

10. 児童について

本アプリは児童を対象としておらず、開発者は児童の個人情報を故意に収集しない。

Resumen

Utility Meter Log registra lo que marca realmente tu contador de luz, gas o agua. Es una app de registro sin conexión: rellenas un formulario breve y las entradas se quedan en el almacenamiento privado de la propia app, en tu dispositivo. 1. Qué guarda la app en tu dispositivo

La app usa shared_preferences en su almacenamiento privado. Las entradas que guardas se conservan bajo la clave history_meter_read_log y cada entrada puede contener:

  • tipo de contador
  • la fecha de lectura
  • esta lectura
  • la lectura anterior
  • la unidad

Junto a ellas se guardan tus propios ajustes: el idioma de la app, la apariencia y el tema elegidos, si el recordatorio diario está activo y a qué hora, las opciones de recordatorio y de racha, si completaste la introducción y los contadores que hay detrás de la racha. Todo permanece en el dispositivo y nada se transmite al desarrollador.

2. Qué no recoge la app

La app no solicita ni lee tu nombre, correo electrónico, teléfono, contactos, mensajes, calendario ni ningún archivo fuera de los lugares descritos aquí, salvo la única imagen que elijas escanear. No tiene sistema de cuentas, ni inicio de sesión, ni sincronización en la nube.

No hay SDK de publicidad ni de informes de fallos. El motor de aplicaciones compartido incluye la biblioteca Firebase Analytics, pero esta app se publica sin el archivo de configuración google-services.json y nunca la inicializa: no hay ningún proyecto de Firebase conectado y no se envía ni un solo evento de analítica.

3. La única petición de red que hace la app

La app realiza exactamente una petición de red propia: descarga https://nexperlabmedia.com/config/feedback.json, un pequeño archivo estático que indica si debe mostrarse el enlace «enviar comentarios» y a dónde apunta. Es un GET simple: no se envía ninguna entrada, ningún identificador ni dato del dispositivo, y la respuesta se guarda en caché durante seis horas. Como en cualquier petición web, el registro habitual del servidor del proveedor de alojamiento puede anotar la dirección IP solicitante y la hora; ese registro no se vincula a nada dentro de la app. Si la petición falla, la app sigue funcionando sin conexión.

4. Recordatorios y notificaciones

Si activas el recordatorio diario, la app programa una notificación local con flutter_local_notifications a la hora que elijas. La notificación la crea tu propio dispositivo: no interviene ningún servicio push, no se crea ningún token y no se envía nada al desarrollador. Android puede pedirte el permiso de notificaciones la primera vez. Al desactivar el recordatorio se cancela la programación.

5. Cámara y reconocimiento de texto en el dispositivo

La acción de escaneo abre la cámara, o el selector de imágenes del sistema Android, para convertir texto impreso en valores del formulario. La foto de la cámara se escribe en un archivo temporal dentro de la caché de la propia app, se entrega al reconocimiento de texto ML Kit de Google y se borra en cuanto termina el escaneo; la app no guarda ninguna copia y no añade nada a tu galería. El reconocimiento se ejecuta en el dispositivo con el modelo ML Kit de los servicios de Play: la imagen no se sube para ser leída. Solo el texto resultante, y solo si lo aceptas, pasa al formulario. Elegir una imagen existente usa el selector del sistema, así que la app no necesita permiso de galería y solo ve la imagen que eliges.

6. Compartir y exportar

La exportación escribe tu historial como archivo CSV en la caché de la app y lo entrega al menú de compartir de Android, donde eliges el destino. Como el archivo se escribe dentro de la caché de la propia app, no hace falta ningún permiso de almacenamiento. La app también puede componer una pequeña imagen para compartir del mismo modo, y puede mostrar el diálogo de reseña dentro de la app de Google Play. Nada de esto sube tus entradas: el desarrollador no tiene ningún servidor que las reciba.

7. Permisos

La app declara por sí misma:

  • CAMERA, para la acción de escaneo
  • RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED, para que un recordatorio que hayas puesto sobreviva a un reinicio

Los demás los fusionan en el paquete instalado las bibliotecas que incluye el motor de aplicaciones compartido:

  • INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — la única petición de configuración descrita arriba y las comprobaciones de conectividad de las propias bibliotecas
  • POST_NOTIFICATIONS, WAKE_LOCK, VIBRATE, FOREGROUND_SERVICE — los añade la biblioteca de notificaciones locales, para el recordatorio diario
  • com.android.vending.BILLING — lo añade la biblioteca de compras dentro de la app que incluye el motor compartido. Esta app no vende nada. La conexión de facturación solo se abre en apps que ofrecen una mejora sin anuncios, y esta app no tiene anuncios que quitar, así que aquí nunca se abre
  • com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION, BIND_GET_INSTALL_REFERRER_SERVICE — los añaden las bibliotecas de Google Analytics y de Play incluidas. Sin configuración de Firebase en la app nunca se usan, y el identificador de publicidad no se lee

8. Copia de seguridad automática

El manifiesto no desactiva la copia de seguridad de Android. Por el comportamiento predeterminado, algunos datos locales pueden copiarse a la copia de seguridad de tu propia cuenta de Google. El desarrollador no puede acceder a ella ni controlarla. El alcance real depende del dispositivo, el fabricante y la versión de Android.

9. Conservación y borrado

Tus entradas y ajustes permanecen hasta que los cambies o los borres en la app. Borrar los datos de la app en los ajustes de Android, o desinstalarla, elimina todos los datos propios de la app. Un CSV o una imagen que hayas exportado antes son tuyos y no se ven afectados por la desinstalación; también pueden quedar copias en la copia de seguridad de tu cuenta de Google.

10. Menores

La app no está dirigida a menores y el desarrollador no recoge deliberadamente información personal de menores.

11. Cambios en esta política

Si cambian los permisos, los SDK o el tratamiento de datos de la app, se actualizarán esta página y su fecha de «última actualización».
