EN — Hearty is an anonymous AI conversation app operated by Nexperlab Media ("we"). This policy explains what data the app handles, why, and the choices you have. Hearty is designed around privacy: no sign-up, no name, and your readable conversation history is stored on your device.

We do NOT collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, or precise location. The app contains no advertising SDK. / 이름·이메일·전화번호·연락처·정밀 위치는 수집하지 않으며, 광고 SDK는 포함되어 있지 않습니다.
EN — To generate responses, your message and recent conversation context are processed by our server and a large-language-model provider (Anthropic) under contractual data-protection terms. Messages sent to the model are used to produce the response and are not used by us to build advertising profiles.

EN — You can delete all conversation data at any time in Settings → Delete all conversation data. This wipes the local database on your device, deletes your sessions on our server, and rotates your anonymous account. Because accounts are anonymous, uninstalling the app permanently severs access to any server-side data associated with the old anonymous ID.
KO — 설정 → 대화 데이터 전체 삭제에서 언제든 모든 대화 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 이 기능은 기기의 로컬 데이터베이스를 지우고, 서버의 세션을 삭제하며, 익명 계정을 교체합니다. 계정이 익명이므로 앱을 삭제하면 이전 익명 ID에 연결된 서버 데이터에 대한 접근이 영구히 차단됩니다.
EN — Hearty is an AI companion and does not provide professional therapy, medical diagnosis, or treatment. If crisis signals are detected, the app displays professional hotline information for your region (e.g., 988 in the US, 109 in Korea). In an emergency, contact your local emergency number.
KO — Hearty는 AI 동반자이며 전문 심리 상담·의료 진단·치료를 제공하지 않습니다. 위기 신호가 감지되면 지역별 전문 상담 전화(한국 109, 미국 988 등)를 안내합니다. 긴급 상황에서는 지역 응급 번호로 연락하십시오.
EN — Hearty is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed at children. The app requires an age confirmation at first launch.

EN — All data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Server-side data is protected by per-user security rules so that only your anonymous account can read your sessions; AI replies are written by our server only.
